Embark on an exhilarating journey into blacksmithing, where you'll shape hot steel into a one-of-a-kind memento. These fast-paced, 45-minute classes for youths offer a glimpse into the world of a blacksmith at our historic forge. 

These classes are suitable for ages 6 and up, with Sunday/Monday slots accommodating 4 students each.

Secure your preferred time slot by reserving with a non-refundable $20 deposit, with the remainder due on the day of class. If you want to enroll in a class on the day it is being held, do not sign up here. Instead, call 512-837-1215 and inquire about available times in classes.

Participants must show up at least 15 minutes before the start of your class time, select, and pay for your full class in the General Store (red building on the town square).

2 Nail Swords:  $20 - These tiny swords are forged from nails and are perfect complement to Lego figures or other toys.  With this class you will get to make two tiny swords. For age 6+.

4 Leaf Clover: $40 - Forge your own luck with a steel four-leaf clover steel so your luck will never run out. The student will make a single four leaf clover on a stem. For age 6+.

Magic Wand: $50 - Channeling the fiery heart of our roaring forge, these enchanted wands are a must-have for budding wizards and witches seeking to harness their magical potential. For age 9+.

Horseshoe Knife: $90 - Crafted from half a horseshoe, these knives embody the spirit of Texas, making them a must-have for any Texan's collection. For age 12+.

Railroad Spike Knife: $110 - Delve into the pioneering spirit of the American West through crafting these distinctive knives, each forged from genuine railroad spikes—a unique link to the frontier's storied past. For age 12+

Railroad Spike Dagger: $150 - Craft your own rugged dagger from authentic railroad spikes in our RR Spike Dagger Crafting Class. For age 16+.

Students should wear a cotton or other natural-fiber shirt (long sleeves optional), long pants or jeans, and work boots or close-toed shoes.

Class is designed for students ages 6 and older. Students aged 6-17 years old may enroll so long as a parent or legal guardian signs the attendance release form at the beginning of the class and remains at the Blacksmith Shop during the class time. 

Important notice: No refunds of the $20 deposits are allowed once the enrollment fee is received. No exceptions.
