Plein Air On The Prairie
Plein Air On The Prairie
In this relaxing and enjoyable watercolor paint-along class for all ages, participants will have the opportunity to paint alongside noted Austin art teacher and painter Emma Lea Mayton, as she guides beginners and masters alike through a watercolor session on the prairie.
This one-of-a-kind experience combines serene scenes from the farm with storytelling and historical interpretation focused both on the pioneer experience and painting. Participants will feel as they are being whisked away on an artistic journey through time all while working to create a one of a kind prairie painting.
