Make cheese from common ingredients purchased from your local grocery store. Class includes ingredient lists and principles of making 1800s hard and soft cheeses, taught in a fast-paced lesson at the 1878 Jourdan Cabin. Materials provided.

Taught at the 1878 Jourdan Cabin on the first Saturday of selected months from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m (3 hours). $70 per person.

Enrollments must be completed one week in advance of class.

No refunds are allowed once the enrollment fee is received. Students who cannot attend a class for whatever reason may reschedule once, on a space-available basis.
