A how-to class on canning delicious jams and jellies just like the pioneers once did, taught by an historic culinary expert. Includes ingredient lists and principles of making jellies and jams. Materials provided.
Taught at the 1878 Jourdan Cabin on the first Saturday of selected months from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m (3 hours).
Enrollments must be completed one week in advance of class.
No refunds are allowed once the enrollment fee is received. Students who cannot attend a class for whatever reason may reschedule once, on a space-available basis.
