A how-to class on the basics of making sourdough bread, from kneading the dough to taking home your own starter. Taught at the 1878 Jourdan Cabin by an historic culinary expert. Includes ingredient lists for making yummy bread. Materials provided.

HANDS-ON CLASS: Taught on the first Saturday of selected months from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. (3 hours), $90 per student.

Enrollments must be completed one week in advance of class.

Important notice: No refunds are allowed once the enrollment fee is received. Students who cannot attend a class for whatever reason may reschedule once, on a space-available basis.
